Fundraising

Are you looking to raise some money?

Fundraising with Phil's Pies is a great idea! With our 5 P's method, we have made the system as simple as you can get. We also ensure you that with our low prices and great discount rate, you'll be back for more.

Our pie drives are successful as they are practical in nature: Not only are they an efficient way to fundraise for your organisation, they also provide your busy families with a quick, tasty meal that is already prepared, ready to heat and serve.

All our products that we sell via our fundraisers are the same great quality that we sell in our retail store.

Fundraising Order Form Fundraising Tally Sheet

How much will YOU raise?

The money you raise will depend on the amount of sales you can generate or achieve. The discount you will receive from the total sales is 15-20%:

  • For orders under $750, you will retain 15% of the total order.
  • For orders between $751-$2000, you will retain 17.5% of the total order.
  • For orders above and equal to $2001, you will retain 20% of the total order.

The 5 P's

To have a successful pie drive, it takes a little bit of effort from your school/organisation, but the rewards are well worth it. To make the process as easy as possible, we've developed a simple method system that's easy to remember: The 5 P's.

  • 1. Pre-Order/Pre-Book

It is essential that you book your desired date/dates, so that you aren't disappointed if you miss the date.

Contact us on 8790 1113 and send an email to fundraising@philspies.com.au

We highly recommend you book early (the earlier, the better).

  • 2. Promote

After you book your date, you will need to download the individual order form (found here), make copies, and supply them to all your families.

Then, all your families need to do is go out and collect orders and payment for the pies.

It's important to let everyone know that you're holding a pie drive fundraiser, so promote it every way you can!

For a few weeks prior to the pie drive, advertise it in your weekly newsletter.

You can even put copies of the individual order forms into your newsletter to make it really easy!

  • 3. Prepare

You, as the fundraiser, will then need to collate all of the orders on one of our tally sheets (included with the order form above), and contact us to give us the total number of items required.

  • 4. Production

This is our specialty. We produce the freshly baked pies, and pack them into labelled bags, ready for you to distribute.

  • 5. Parcel Out

After we deliver the pies at a time specified by you (we suggest an hour before home time for schools), you can then place the orders into carry bags for each individual person (we supply the plastic carry bags).

Most importantly, ensure that one person checks each order before they are distributed to avoid confusion.
